Our Vision
Hello! My name is Yanko Gyurev and I'm a private music tutor who was introduced to music at the age of 5. At this age, I picked up my first instrument, the violin. I studied in Vincent d'Indy, Montreal's Conservatory of Music for half a decade, and am now studying violin performance in the Schulich School of Music. I've taught and still am teaching in two different music schools, using different curriculums suiting the needs and the style of each student.
Music is essential in life, we cannot live without it "Selah Vie".
Music is meant to be fun and it takes perseverance to achieve! Through all the courses we provide, our aim is to not only teach music in a fun and educative environment, but to also encourage the perseverance it takes in learning a new instrument.
Yanko is the most patient, thoughtful, detail-oriented teacher I have ever come across.
